Presented by Switched On Audrey
Space Age: a term that sparks the imagination and inspires limitless creativity. The 1960s saw a surge in fascination with outer space and sci-fi, driving a progressive trend in Space Age Fashion Design that continues to influence fashion today. By harnessing the excitement of space exploration, designers of the 1960s created a sense of possibility where they pushed boundaries, experimented with innovative materials and silhouettes. In this seminar, Switched on Audrey, will showcase pioneering designers, Pierre Cardin, André Courrèges, Paco Rabanne, Betsey Johnson, Diana Dew, Judith Hendler, and Rudi Gernreich plus others!
